How MEW uses your data

India's DPDP Act expects you to be told how your data is used. By signing up you accept that:

MEW platform staff can see all customer data.
Client companies of every account, including consultants' clients, flow into MEW's CRM.
Every human correction (a fixed figure, an overruled decision) is used to improve the AI for all accounts.

MEWFlow's AI reads your documents with DeepSeek. The documents you upload are sent to DeepSeek's servers in China to be read.

Documents and job records are kept 8 years while your account is active.
When an account cancels, its data stays readable for 90 days so you can export it, and is then deleted.
Records already copied into MEW's CRM, and what the AI has already learned from corrections, are not removed by that deletion.

₹2,000 a month for each client company switched on, plus 18% GST. Team members are included.
Each client company adds 150 documents read a month, shared across the account. When they are used up, new documents wait unread until the next month or a top-up.
Top-up packs of 100 documents cost ₹500 plus GST. A pack counts only in the billing month it is bought in.
The free trial covers one client company and one job, with up to 40 documents read. The annexure download and the extension upload unlock after the first payment.
